Team Member Bio:

Jennifer Rowan is the current Director of Technology for Jefferson County Schools in Charles Town, WV. She has earned her PhD at GMU in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Learning Technologies Design Research. She is a fierce advocate of creating digital equity, and has developed her skills as a Google Trainer and National Board Certified Educator over the last ten years in education. When she is not enjoying life with her husband, she is taking care of her two children, and two dogs, Jack and Abe.
