Team Member Bio:

Jennifer Rowan is the current Director of Technology for Jefferson County Schools in Charles Town, WV. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at GMU in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Learning Technologies Design Research. She is a fierce advocate of creating digital equity, and has developed her skills as a Google Trainer and National Board Certified Educator over the last ten years in education. When she is not writing her dissertation, she is enjoying life with husband, her two-year old son, and their dog, Jack.
