Thea Clark is an elementary instructional technology coach with Frederick County Public Schools. She has been an educator for 16 years. She spent nine years teaching fifth grade and for the past seven years she has served various elementary schools as a tech coach. She has a passion for technology integration. She embraces, shares, and leads professional learning that targets the most effective strategies for technology integration. Thea is leader in her school division for computer science, STEM, & digital citizenship. Thea has led teachers through computer science professional development and leads the county digital citizenship task force. Thea holds an undergrad degree in elementary education from Frostburg State University & an Thea holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from James Madison University.
